⚖️ General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use – FashionsFactory

1. Website Presentation

The FashionsFactory website (hereinafter referred to as "the Site") is operated by FashionsFactory, a company specializing in the online sale of clothing, accessories, and fashion items.
Any order placed on the Site implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter referred to as "GTC/GTU").

2. Purpose

The purpose of these GTC/GTU is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by FashionsFactory to the consumer.

3. Products

The products offered for sale are those listed on the FashionsFactory Site at the time of consultation.
Each product is accompanied by a detailed description.
Photographs are for illustrative purposes and are not contractual.

FashionsFactory guarantees products comply with current French legislation.

4. Price

Prices displayed on the Site are in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
FashionsFactory reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
The prices applied are those in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Delivery fees are clearly indicated before final payment.

5. Order

Any order implies acceptance of these GTC/GTU.

By placing an order, the customer declares to have the necessary legal capacity.

Once the order is validated and payment accepted, the customer receives a confirmation email.

FashionsFactory reserves the right to cancel any order in case of a previous dispute with the customer.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order, including for pre-ordered products.

Available payment methods are:

  • Credit card

  • Other methods possibly offered on the Site

All transactions are secured via an SSL encryption protocol.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order.

  • Processing times: 1 to 2 business days

  • Delivery times: 6 to 10 business days (excluding exceptional cases)

FashionsFactory cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to a force majeure event.

8. Right of Withdrawal – Returns and Refunds

You have a 30-day period from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

9. Legal Warranties

All products sold by FashionsFactory benefit from:

  • the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code);

  • the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).

10. Liability

FashionsFactory cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of its products.
FashionsFactory's liability is limited to the amount of the order.

11. Intellectual Property

Any reproduction or distribution without prior agreement is strictly prohibited.

13. Force Majeure

FashionsFactory cannot be held responsible in case of a force majeure event preventing the fulfillment of its obligations (e.g., strike, natural disaster, war, etc.).

14. Applicable Law and Disputes

These GTC/GTU are subject to French law.
