🧾 Terms and Conditions of Sale – FashionsFactory

1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern the contractual relationship between FashionsFactory and any individual or legal entity making a purchase via the FashionsFactory website (hereinafter "the Client").
Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are those featured on the FashionsFactory website on the day of consultation by the Client.
Each product is presented with a detailed description. Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes and are not contractual.
FashionsFactory strives to provide faithful and accurate descriptions but cannot be held responsible for slight variations that do not affect the essential characteristics of the product.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
FashionsFactory reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of order validation.
Delivery fees are indicated separately before final order validation.
4. Order
The Client can place an order via the FashionsFactory website by following the online purchase process.
Order validation constitutes full acceptance of these GTC.
Once payment is made, the Client receives a confirmation email at the address provided during the order.
FashionsFactory reserves the right to refuse any order in case of a prior dispute, suspicion of fraud, or payment issue.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately.
The Client can pay by credit card or via the payment methods available on the site.
All transactions are secured using SSL protocol.
FashionsFactory does not store any bank details.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Client.
Delivery times:

6 to 10 business days for delivery (depending on destination)
FashionsFactory cannot be held responsible for delays due to the carrier or any event beyond its control (customs, strikes, bad weather, etc.).

7. Right of Withdrawal
The Client has a period of 30 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with the Consumer Code.

8. Legal Guarantees
The products sold benefit from:

9. Liability
FashionsFactory cannot be held responsible for damages related to improper use of the product.
Its liability is limited to the amount of the order.
10. Retention of Title
FashionsFactory retains ownership of the products until full payment of the price.
11. Personal Data
FashionsFactory ensures data protection in accordance with GDPR.
The data collected is necessary for order processing and is never resold.
12. Intellectual Property
All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, etc.) are the exclusive property of FashionsFactory.
Any reproduction is prohibited without prior written authorization.
13. Force Majeure
FashionsFactory cannot be held responsible in case of a force majeure event (natural disaster, strike, war, pandemic, etc.).
14. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
These GTC are subject to French law.
