2. Processing and Shipping Times
All orders are prepared and shipped within:

As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email.

4. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated automatically during the order process, based on:

5. Customs and International Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional charges may apply:

6. Delivery Address
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at the time of order.

absence during delivery,

unclaimed package,
FashionsFactory cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of the package.
No free re-shipment will be made if the package is returned due to an address error.
7. Lost or Undelivered Package
If a package is not delivered after the maximum estimated time has expired, the customer should contact:

If the package is confirmed as lost, FashionsFactory will proceed with:

8. Products Damaged Upon Delivery

Take photos of the package and product ;

A solution will be proposed: replacement, credit, or refund.
9. Delivery-Related Returns
In the event of an automatic return of the package (unclaimed package, incorrect address, refusal by the recipient, etc.), FashionsFactory will refund:
