1. Extended 30-Day Right of Withdrawal

At FashionsFactory, your satisfaction is our priority.

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a legal period of 14 days — which we voluntarily extend to 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order — to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification and without additional costs (excluding return shipping fees).

To exercise your right, you must notify us of your decision before the 30-day period expires, by one of the following means:

The use of the standard withdrawal form attached is optional.

2. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in its complete original packaging (tags, accessories, etc.).

  • The return must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of our error or if the product is defective upon delivery.

  • Any risk related to the transport of the returned product (loss, damage, etc.) remains the responsibility of the customer.

3. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Customized items or items made to customer specifications.

  • Items unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health (e.g., underwear, jewelry, piercings, etc.).

  • Unsealed audio, video, or computer software products (if applicable).

4. Refund Procedure

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, FashionsFactory will proceed with a full refund of the amount paid (excluding any additional delivery charges if you chose a non-standard delivery method).

The refund will be issued:

  • within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment provided by the customer;

  • via the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

5. Defective Product or Order Error

If you receive a defective, damaged, or non-compliant item, contact us immediately at:

Please attach a clear photo of the product concerned.

Return shipping costs will then be fully covered by FashionsFactory, and you can choose between:

  • an exchange, or

  • a full refund.
